BRETTON FILM CLUB: THE LITTLE MERMAID

SUNDAY 19TH AUGUST, 2PM – 4.30PM
PYRAMID COMMUNITY CENTRE, WATERGALL, PETERBOROUGH, PE3 8NZ
FREE (NO NEED TO BOOK), ALL AGES WELCOME

Join us for an afternoon of fun and a film, all for free! Bretton Film Club is a chance for local residents to enjoy a classic family film on the big screen, hang out with friends and family, and have a go at some great arts and crafts activities.

At this Bretton Family Film Club we’re hosting a viewing of the original Disney classic The Little Mermaid. Dive into an adventure with Ariel and her fishy compadrés!

AFTER FILM ACTIVITY: UP-CYCLED ART ATTACK!
After each film at Bretton Film Club, we will host a free activity for families to take part in together. This month we’re focusing on upcycling to help our oceans! Create a group sculpture out of waste plastic (which might otherwise finds itself in the sea hurting fish like Flouder)!

Join us for a litter pick the day (August 18, 3pm @ Pyramid Centre) before to collect all material we’ll need to make the sculpture.

If you would like to bring your own recyclables to be part of the sculpture, please ensure they are washed and dried the night before.

Bretton Family Film Club is a partnership between Peterborough Presents and Bretton Parish Council.
